After twenty-seven years in the investment business, I finally made the right trade. I traded Houston for the beautiful Texas Hill Country. My wife and I bought some property outside of Bandera in 2000 and I couldn’t wait to get here. Being a Native Texan, I have a great appreciation for the land. So driving the Hill Country looking at the land seemed like the best job of all. I joined John McCollom & Associates in June, 2003. And I have never regretted the move or the choice of where to hang my hat.

Through the ownership of my own land I have gathered a great deal of knowledge about land, in general, and habitat, in specific. My greatest pleasures are when I find the right property for my clients. When I represent the landowner, I do so with extra attention because I usually want to be on that property again.  

Honesty is the cornerstone of integrity. That is what I bring to a transaction. If there is something good to be said about a property, I’ll say it. If not, then I’ll say that also. My preference is to not have to say that. That is why I prepare so diligently for all showing. Knowing the property, in advance, allows me to guide my clients to the better properties. I also pride myself in the information that I provide my clients – buyers and sellers.

My experience to date has involved raw land, live water property, recreation property, small and large tracts, fine country homes, and high-end residences in town. I look forward to working with you.
